Comercio del voto. El que pague dinero o entregue dádiva a un elector para que consigne su voto en favor de determinado candidato, partido o corriente política, vote en blanco, o se abstenga de hacerlo, incurrirá en prisión de uno a cinco años y multa de diez mil a cincuenta mil pesos. El elector que acepte el dinero o la dádiva con los fines señalados en el inciso precedente, incurrirá en prisión de seis meses a dos años.
