El funcionamiento de establecimientos de venta de Apuestas Permanentes no autorizados por las entidades concesionistas, dará lugar a las sanciones contempladas en este Decreto y en el Decreto 1355 de 1970, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que aplique el Juez de Rentas o quien haga sus veces.
