Artículo segundo. Los Empleados incorporados por medio de este Decreto y cuyos cargos hayan sido modificados en cuanto a denominación y asignación, requerirán nueva posesión y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional equivalente a la diferencia de remuneración. Comuníquese y publíquese.
