PRESCRIPCION DE LAS SANCIONES. El término para imponer las sanciones diferentes a las originadas en el no pago de los aportes, a que se refiere el presente Decreto, prescribirá en tres (3) años contados partir del último acto constitutivo de la conducta sancionable que hubiere sido conocido por el Instituto a través de la investigación respectiva.
