Artículo decimotercero. Los funcionarios de los Consulados, las gobernaciones, intendencias y comisarías que recauden dineros de conformidad con el artículo 6º de este Decreto deberán remesarlos con destino a la cuenta especial en Nueva York o al funcionario que desempeñe las funciones de tesorero del Fondo Rotatorio en el país, según el caso, dentro de les cinco (5) primeros días del mes subsiguiente a su ingreso.
