Corrígese el inciso 1° del artículo 452 de la Ley 1407 de 2010, cuyo tenor literal será el siguiente:
“Artículo 452. Vencimiento del término. Vencido el término previsto en el artículo 338, el Fiscal Penal Militar deberá solicitar la preclusión, o formular la acusación ante el juez de conocimiento. De no hacerlo, perderá competencia para seguir actuando, de lo cual informará inmediatamente a su respectivo superior”.
