Intervención de la Procuraduría. El Procurador General de la Nación, por sí o por medio de sus delegados y agentes, podrá intervenir en este proceso para cumplir las funciones señaladas en el numeral 7 del artículo 277 de la Constitución. No tendrá, sin embargo, facultades de sujeto procesal .
