º . Los organismos de acción comunal de primero, segundo, tercero y cuarto grado, previamente constituidos a la expedición del Decreto 2350 de 2003, contarán con seis (6) meses a partir de la expedición del presente Decreto, para adecuar sus estatutos conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley 743 de 2002 y su decreto reglamentario.
