º Cuando se trate de terrenos baldíos ubicados en territorio perteneciente a alguna Comisaría, las solicitudes que deben hacerse conforme a los artículos 69 y 88 la Ley 110 de 1912 (Código Fiscal), se dirigirán al Gobernador o Intendente cuya residencia esté más próxima a la Comisaría.
