° El inciso 3° del artículo 19 de dicho Decreto, quedará así: La factura comercial cuyo valor pasa de cincuenta pesos ($50), que sea presentada como documento supletorio de la factura consular, en los casos previstos por el Reglamento General de Aduanas número 96, paga un impuesto de tres pesos ($ 3).
