RESPONSABILIDAD DE TERCEROS. Los terceros serán igualmente responsables y se les aplicarán las sanciones previstas en la ley, por el uso indebido de la denominación "Asociación Mutual", o "Mutualidad", "Socorros Mutuos", "Auxilio Mutuos", "Protección Recíproca", o cualquier otra expresión similar que sirva para identificar la naturaleza de la Asociación Mutual, o por actos que impliquen aprovechamiento de derechos y exenciones concedidas a las Asociaciones Mutuales.
