Rebájase en el cincuenta por ciento (50%) el monto de los intereses debidos por concepto de impuestos nacionales distintos al de cuota militar, cuya rebaja, será del ciento por ciento (100 por 100) causados de mil, novecientos treinta y nueve (1939) inclusive hacia atrás, siempre que el pago se efectúe dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto.
