En Aquellas Zonas Periféricas En Donde Se Está Prestando El Servicio Por Vehículos Particulares, La Autoridad Municipal Competente Podrá Habilitar Estos Vehículos Para Prestar Dicho Servicio, Siempre Y Cuando Cumplan Con Los Requisitos Fijados Por La Autoridad Municipal Competente, En Desarrollo De Lo Preceptuado En El Artículo 1

En aquellas zonas periféricas en donde se está prestando el servicio por vehículos particulares, la autoridad municipal competente podrá habilitar estos vehículos para prestar dicho servicio, siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos fijados por la autoridad municipal competente, en desarrollo de lo preceptuado en el artículo 1. del presente Decreto y se vinculen a empresas legalmente autorizadas.

Parágrafo

La autorización a que se refiere el presente artículo no representa cambio de servicio del vehículo.
