Extravío o alteración de material incautado o decomisado. Cuando por cualquier causa o circunstancia se pierdan, extravíen, cambien o sufran cualquier alteración los elementos incautados o decomisados, se iniciará el Informativo Administrativo correspondiente, sin perjuicio de la acción penal a que hubiere lugar.

Artículo 94. Extravío o alteración de material incautado o decomisado. Cuando por cualquier causa o circunstancia se pierdan, extravíen, cambien o sufran cualquier alteración los elementos incautados o decomisados, se iniciará el Informativo Administrativo correspondiente, sin perjuicio de la acción penal a que hubiere lugar.
