º Si en la región en donde estuvieren ubicados los terrenos no existiere Municipio, y por esta razón no funcionare Alcalde, el despacho que ordena el Artículo 70 de la citada Ley 110 se dirigirá por el Gobernador o Intendente al Comisario, a fin de que éste cumpla lo dispuesto en dichos artículos, entendiéndose por Municipio la capital o cabecera de la Comisaría. También intervendrá el Comisario, llegado el caso, en la práctica de la diligencia de que trata el artículo 74 de la Ley 110. Comuníquese y publíquese.
