EXPEDICIÓN DE REGLAMENTOS.
Corresponde al Gobierno Nacional expedir la reglamentación sobre :
1.- Las normas de auditoría generalmente aceptadas.
2.- Los libros, comprobantes y soportes que deberán elaborarse para servir de fundamento de los estados financieros, así como los requisitos mínimos que deberán cumplir unos y otros.
