SALIDA DE EXTRANJEROS. La Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales podrá solicitar a los organismos de seguridad, se impida la salida del país de aquellos extranjeros que hayan obtenido ingresos de fuente nacional, mientras no cancelen el valor de los impuestos correspondientes.
