Los Directores salientes de las Oficinas del Plan Regulador de Bogotá, Medellín y Cali, tendrán dos suplentes personales que, en sus faltas absolutas o temporales, los reemplazarán en la respectiva Junta de Planificación. Dichos suplentes serán designados por el Decano de la Facultad de Arquitectura de cada una de las mencionadas ciudades. Si en una de éstas hubiere varias Facultades de Arquitectura, la designación será hecha conjuntamente por los Decanos de ellas.
