º Establécese la siguiente Nota Legal en la posición 38.11.05.01 del Arancel de Aduanas: "Exclúyense de la posición 38.11.05.01 y clasifícanse en la posición 29.25.02.32, los compuestos a base de 3, 4 dicloropropíonanilida (DCPA), cuya concentración de este principio activo sea igual o superior al 90% en peso".
