Artículo único. Las funciones judiciales que el Código Militar atribuye al Presidente de la República como a Comandante en Jefe del Ejército, serán desempeñadas en cada caso, y por delegación que éste hace en el presente Decreto, por el Comandante de División, y las ejercerán asímismo respecto del personal de todos los Institutos y unidades que se encuentren dentro de la zona militar respectiva. Comuníquese y publíquese.
