En la liquidación de los auxilios de marcha, no se computarán las leguas de vías férrea y sólo se dirá que el pasaportado tiene derecho á pasaje de 1ª clase, si fuere Jefe ú Oficial, ó de 2ª, si fuere individuo de tropa. Si la franquicia es por la mitad ó por la tercera parte del valor del trasporte, entonces se expresará tal derecho y se abonará en dinero al pasaportado la otra mitad ó las otras dos terceras partes del pasaje. La misma regla se observará para los pasajes en vapores de mar ó de río.
