Ordénase erigir en esta ciudad de Bogotá, en el Parque de la Independencia, en sitio próximo a la Biblioteca Nacional, y en la ciudad de Rionegro, Antioquia, en sitio que determinará esa Municipalidad, sendos bustos en broce o en granito, del señor doctor Laureano García Ortiz. En los pedestales correspondientes será grabada la siguiente leyenda: "La República de Colombiana a Laureano García Ortiz, ciudadano eminente y patriota ejemplar". Se grabará en seguida el número y fecha de la presente Ley.
