Artículo doce . El uso de plantas a que se refiere el artículo 32 del decreto que se reglamenta, no podrá autorizarse, ni aun existiendo las instalaciones en tierra, cuando se trate de beneficiar crustáceos. Durante los dos primeros años de actividad, mientras que se construyen las instalaciones en tierra, podrá obtenerse permiso para el uso de plantas flotantes únicamente cuando se trate de beneficiar atunes como actividad principal de la empresa.
