° Para afectos de la incompatibilidad prevista en el artículo 27 del Decreto-ley 2969 de 1960, entiéndese por socios gestores de las sociedades miembros de las bolsas, las personas naturales que en representación de aquéllas, han sido autorizadas por el respectivo órgano competente de la bolsa, para actuar y negociar en rueda.
