Autoridad competente. La determinación de Zonas de Frontera y Unidades Especiales de Desarrollo Fronterizo procederá vía decreto liderado por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, y suscrito por los Ministerios de Interior, Relaciones Exteriores, Hacienda y Crédito Público, Minas y Energía y Comercio, Industria y Turismo, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación y el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, previa la satisfacción de los requisitos dispuestos en el presente capítulo.
