Cuando los establecimientos públicos nacionales, deban suscribir contratos de obras suministro de materiales o prestación de servicios, que abarquen más de un año fiscal, se sujetarán a la aprobación previa de la Dirección General del Presupuesto y del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, de conformidad con los procedimientos establecidos en el artículo 161 del Decreto extraordinario 294 de 1973 y el Decreto 1210 de 1984.
