El Ministerio De Obras Públicas Y Fomento, De Acuerdo Con La Gobernación Del Distrito Capital, Procederá A La Mayor Brevedad Posible A Organizar La Empresa O Empresas Que Tomarán A Su Cargo El Servicio De Aguas, Alumbrado Público, Construcción De Fuentes Públicas, Alcantarillas, Desagües Y Demás Servicios Que Reglamenten La Salubridad E Higiene Públicas

El Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Fomento, de acuerdo con la Gobernación del Distrito Capital, procederá a la mayor brevedad posible a organizar la empresa o empresas que tomarán a su cargo el servicio de aguas, alumbrado público, construcción de fuentes públicas, alcantarillas, desagües y demás servicios que reglamenten la salubridad e higiene públicas.

Parágrafo

En las empresas de que habla el artículo anterior serán accionistas el Gobierno Nacional, el del Distrito Capital y las demás entidades y particulares que quisieren prestar su cooperación.
