Artículo octavo . Todos los elementos producidos o fabricados en el país que adquiera la Sección de Provisión Agrícola de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, serán transportados por los ferrocarriles nacionales en condiciones que en ningún caso pueden ser inferiores a las señaladas para el transporte de artículos similares de procedencia extranjera.
