Administración y funcionamiento. El Observatorio Nacional de Inclusión Social y Productiva para Personas con Discapacidad será administrado por la Consejería Presidencial para la Participación de las Personas con Discapacidad, o por la entidad que haga sus veces como ente rector del Sistema Nacional de Discapacidad, atendiendo a lo dispuesto por el artículo 155 de la Ley 1955 de 2019 y el Decreto 1170 de 2015.
