º A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional deberán reintegrar a la Dirección General de Tesorería los recursos del Presupuesto Nacional recibidos en vigencias anteriores que no estén debidamente comprometidos y no se hayan constituido como reservas de caja o de apropiación. Para la liquidación del ejercicio fiscal de 1981 y siguientes, los reintegros a la Dirección General de Tesorería se efectuará a más tardar el 1º de marzo de cada año.
