° La Gobernación del Departamento del Chocó deberá rendir informes mensuales sobre la ejecución de las obras de que trata el presente Decreto, al Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos. Dicho Departamento ejercerá un minucioso control de la ejecución de estas obras y dictará las normas a que deben sujetarse las mismas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
