Todos los empleados de manejo que tenga el Instituto, deberán para tomar posesión del cargo otorgar cauciones por el valor que determine la Junta Directiva, en pólizas de las compañías aseguradoras de manejo y cumplimiento, que funcionen en el país, autorizadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria; y sin ese requisito no podrán ejercer el cargo.
