Sobordos. Las empresas de transporte marítimo que sirvan puertos colombianos y transporten carga general y a granel de importación o exportación, deben remitir a DIMAR Bogotá, directamente o a través de su agente marítimo, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la fecha de arribo o zarpe de la nave, una copia del respectivo sobordo o manifiesto de carga presentado a la aduana y sellado por ésta.
