Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, presentarán su declaración de renta y patrimonio ante el Jefe o Comandante de la Unidad Operativa, Táctica o de Repartición, a cuyas órdenes se encuentren. Las Oficinas de Personal de cada Fuerza, recibirán las declaraciones de los Jefes o Comandantes de Unidad Operativa, Táctica o de Repartición y las remitirán a la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Cundinamarca. En consecuencia solamente esta Oficina liquidará el impuesto sobre la renta y su-s complementarios mencionados.
