º. En desarrollo del artículo 202 de la Constitución Política, el Vicepresidente de la República cumplirá las siguientes misiones y encargos especiales

Representación internacional de Colombia en foros, conferencias y agendas bilaterales definidas por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores;

Asesorar a las entidades nacionales encargadas de derechos humanos y lucha contra el narcotráfico.
