Artículo único. Las funciones que ejercerá la Asamblea Nacional en Substitución del Congreso y en conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6° del Acto Legislativo número 9 de 17 de Abril de 1905, son todas aquellas que por la Constitución y las leyes corresponde ejercer al Congreso y á cada una de sus Cámaras.
