No se otorgarán permisos de explotación dentro de la parte edificada de las poblaciones y caseríos. Si dentro de la zona, materia de un permiso, se encontraren una o más poblaciones o caseríos, quedarán excluidos de aquel su área urbana y cien (100) metros más en contorno.
