Las multas disciplinarias que impongan los funcionarios de la Justicia Penal Militar se pagarán dentro del plazo fijado, y en su defecto, dentro de los tres días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la providencia que las hubiere impuesto. Si no se pagaren, el funcionario las convertirá en arreste a razón de un día por cada diez pesos o fracción.
