Las compras que haga el Departamento Nacional de Provisiones en el Exterior, cualquiera que sea-su cuantía, no requerirán la solemnidad del contrato escrito, y cuando excedan de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000), deberán ser,aprobados por el. Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, previo concepto favorable del Consejo Directivo. Tales pedidos quedan sujetos a las disposiciones dictadas O que dicte en lo venidero la Junta.de Control de Cambios y Exportaciones.
