º Los directores del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes) y de las juntas administradoras seccionales de deportes, dispondrán de quince días hábiles para otorgar o negar el reconocimiento deportivo a los organismos que lo soliciten, contados a partir de la fecha en que les sea presentada la petición, junto con los documentos que la sustenten, diligenciados a satisfacción término dentro del cual se verificará, mediante visita, la exactitud de la información y se expedirá o negará el reconocimiento, mediante resolución motivada.
