El denunciante de un bien oculto nacional tendrá derecho a una participación hasta de un 3' por 100 cuando el valor del bien oculto sea de $2.000 o menos; hasta de un 25 por 100 cuando ese valor sea de más de 2.000 y menos de $10.000; hasta de un 15 por 100 cuando el valor sea de $10.000 a $20.000, y hasta de un 10 por 100 cuando exceda de $20.000.
