Vacaciones Por Año Cumplido Y Continuo De Servicio

Vacaciones por año cumplido y continuo de servicio. Las vacaciones anuales se conceden por año continuo y cumplido de servicio. Se entiende por año cumplido el contado a partir de la fecha en que comenzó a prestar el servicio, hasta la misma fecha del año siguiente.

Parágrafo

El lapso de las licencias superiores a sesenta (60) días y las suspensiones en el ejercicio de funciones y de atribuciones, interrumpen en cómputo del tiempo para adquirir el derecho de vacaciones, en este caso el año empezará a contarse al cese de la novedad.
