ARTICULO 2o. Adiciónase el artículo 6° del Decreto 2360 de 1993 con el siguiente inciso: “Las operaciones de reporto activo computarán por el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de su valor, siempre y cuando se encuentren respaldadas con títulos emitidos o avalados por la Nación o por el Banco de la República, o emitidos para el cumplimiento de inversiones obligatorias o sustitutivas de encaje de instituciones financieras o aseguradoras.”
