EFECTIVIDAD DE LAS MULTAS. Las multas que se impongan a los trabajadores afiliados o a los pensionados, se harán efectivas a través del empleador o del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, quienes, simultáneamente con los aportes, estarán obligados a descontarlas del salario o de la pensión, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 de este Reglamento. Cuando se trate de multas a patronales activos, deberán incluirse, para su cobro, en la próxima facturación o autoliquidación a través de Nota Débito. Cuando los patronales sean inactivos por no tener afiliados al régimen, las multas se harán efectivas a través del cobro extrajudicial o judicial.
