º. Las condiciones de los créditos que otorgue el Instituto por este sistema de operación serán las siguientes: Valor máximo por crédito de $15.000, oo; Intereses del 12% anual más 2% por concepto de seguros, Plazo máximo de cinco (5) años. Garantía Hipotecara, la cual podrá ser de segundo grado cuando la de primero está garantizando el pago de compraventa del lote.

Parágrafo

Las cuantías y condiciones a que se refiere este artículo podrán ser modificadas por la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias especiales que así lo aconsejen.
