1Para Efectos De La Inversión De Los Recursos A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 5º De Este Decreto, El Instituto De Crédito Territorial Adoptara Un Sistema De Programa De Financiación Para Los Procesos De Construcción Y Desarrollo Progresivo Por Medio De Créditos Individuales2Dentro De Dicho Sistema Operativo El Instituto Prestará Asistencia Jurídica A Los Beneficiarios Del Crédito A Fin De Orientarlos Sobre Las Reglamentaciones Municipales, Buscando El Saneamiento De Títulos Y La Regularización De Lotes3Los Propietarios De Lotes Podrán Beneficiarse Con Este Tipo De Préstamos, En Los Casos Siguientes: Cuando Se Haya Iniciado En Él La Construcción De Una Vivienda4Las Condiciones De Los Créditos Que Otorgue El Instituto Por Este Sistema De Operación Serán Las Siguientes: Valor Máximo Por Crédito De $155Article 56El Instituto Podrá Abrir De Acuerdo A Las Necesidades En Las Diferentes Ciudades Del País, Almacenes De Materiales De Construcción, Destinados A Efectuar Créditos En Especie7Autorizase A La Junta Directiva Y A La Gerencia General Del Instituto De Crédito Territorial, Para Expedir Las Reglamentaciones Necesarias Para El Mejor Cumplimiento De Los Dispuesto En El Presente Decreto8Este Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Expedición
