ARTICULO 49 . El Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito analizará los cargos y descargos y practicará las pruebas necesarias para fallar dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Si ello no fuere posible porque existan hechos nuevos que deban ser probados, el funcionario competente ordenará lo necesario para su comprobación y decidirá durante los treinta (30) días calendario subsiguientes.
