JUNTA DIRECTIVA. El órgano supremo de dirección, administración y control del Fondo será su Junta Directiva, la cual está compuesta así: por el Ministro de Hacienda o el Viceministro del mismo ramo como su delegado; por el Gerente General del Banco de república o el Subgerente Técnico como su delegado; por el Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Valores; por dos representantes designados por el Presidente de la República entre personas provenientes del sector financiero, una de las cuales, al menos, del sector privado. El Superintendente Bancario asistirá a las Reuniones de la Junta Directiva.
