El Gobierno podrá contratar con el Municipio de Puerto Colombia la prestación del servicio de alumbrado eléctrico al Sanatorio u Hospital de cuarentena de dicho puerto, si lo juzga más conveniente y menos costoso que el actual servicio por medio de planta propia. En tal caso la suma de que trata el ordinal 2.° del artículo 1.° de esta Ley podrá elevarse hasta seis mil quinientos pesos ($6.500).
