Auxíliase con la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) cada una de las carreteras siguientes: la de Albán a Guayabal de Síquima; la del paso del río Fusagasugá al Municipio de Cunday; la de Concordia al puente de Bolombolo y la de Lorica a Coveñas; con cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) la de Corozal a Sincelejo, y con seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) la de Chocontá a Guateque.
